🎢✨ A Magical Surprise Day at Disneyland Paris (with Croissants, Treats & Fireworks!)

We pulled off one of our best surprises yet: a day at Disneyland Paris—and the kids didn’t see it coming. In fact, they didn’t find out until we were already on the metro headed straight for the magic!

🥐 Fueling Up: Croissants, Sandwiches & Smiles

Before the adventure even began, we grabbed a bag full of flaky croissants and fresh sandwiches for the journey. Everyone picked their favorite (well... I may have picked a few extras because they looked too good to pass up 😄). This simple breakfast-and-lunch combo ended up being perfect—not just delicious, but also super convenient and way less chaotic than trying to navigate long lines once inside the park.

🎠 The Big Reveal

The kids were shocked and thrilled when they realized where we were headed. Watching their faces light up was unforgettable. There’s something special about keeping a surprise like this and then revealing it at the last second—it turned the whole day into a story.

🍦 Sweet Treats & Disney Delights

Once inside the park, we struck a balance between being prepared and letting spontaneity take over. While we had our packed food ready to go, we let the kids pick out treats along the way—from colorful cotton candy to refreshing ice cream under the Parisian sun. It was such a fun way to let them indulge and enjoy the full Disney experience.

🥪 Deli Dinner Before Fireworks

As the evening approached, we grabbed a cozy bite from a small deli—grilled cheese and a crisp salad that hit the spot. The kids declared it “amazing,” which, let’s be honest, is high praise after a full day of fun.

🎆 Fireworks to Finish

We capped the day with the incredible Disneyland Paris fireworks show, which felt straight out of a dream. Music, lights, magic—it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Then, tired but happy, we made our way back home with full hearts (and maybe still a bit of sugar energy!).
